During their two first years, students will have to validate their computing skills through a set of six ICDL modules: Computer Essentials, Online Essentials, Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Presentation and Using Databases.
Fully integrated into the pedagogical method, the ICDL modules and tests are also taken into account in the academic grading system of the Global BBA programme.
On 17 September, on the occasion of the start of the 2018/2019 school year, Mr Xavier Thomann, representing ECDL France, attended a presentation delivered by Mr Pascal Boissier, head teacher of the BBA IT class, to the students of the BBA programme to insist on how crucial IT skills are for their studies and their whole career.
More than 1,200 students have already taken ICDL certification tests since the Global BBA was launched in 2014. A success that ECDL France is proud to celebrate with the emlyon business schooland the Global BBA program, which is already considered as one of the most valuable BBA in France.
