The ‘2nd Survey of Schools: ICT in Education’ aimed to examine the progress in ICT in schools across Europe and to develop a model for a highly equipped connected-classroom.
The findings emphasise the importance of structured digital skills development for teachers, to enable them to help their students to develop their own digital skills, and the need for more work to encourage girls to engage with ICT and computing topics.
