ECDL Foundation participated in a high level conference in Brussels on 19 March, which featured speeches from the European Commissioner for the Digital Economy and Society, Mariya Gabriel, the Romanian Minister of Culture, Valer-Daniel Breaz, and the Dutch Deputy Permanent Representative to the EU, as well as panel discussions involving broadcasters, news publishers, regulators, academia and international institutions.
